Hector Vazquez loves nothing more than the "thrill of the sale." The New York transplant launched his real estate career 20 years ago with the purchase of a multifamily rental property in his hometown of Queens. Hector bought his first few investment properties shortly thereafter. After subsequent acquisitions in the greater New York Metropolitan area proved to be highly lucrative, Hector couldn't help but notice that he had an intuitively rich grasp of real estate.

Hector soon branched out by investing in multiple "fixer-upper" vacation homes in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. He oversaw the repairs and upgrades necessary to fully furnish these properties and manage them as short-term rentals via Homeaway, Airbnb, and other such vacation websites.

Moonlighting in real estate for nearly two decades in New York and Pennsylvania, Hector has sold millions of dollars in residential properties. He now focuses on real estate full time in Southern Florida, where his fast-growing portfolio includes properties throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties, from West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens to Wellington, Fort Lauderdale, and beyond. The highly-driven realtor's broadening network spans the Palm Beaches and the Northeastern markets of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

Before becoming a realtor, Hector had a thriving career in business and finance. He held multiple senior-level positions at such powerhouses as Bowne of New York and Citigroup. Two decades of extensive training in the corporate sector have equipped Hector especially well for work in the real estate industry.
